*Conceptual Phase Services:*
CONTECH’s Principal and Associate assignments begin with the project planning phase which includes performing economic, technical and financial feasibility studies. In the project development phase CONTECH’s services include:
project structuring identifying project participants for project financing (including off balance sheet non-recourse approaches) evaluating the sources and developing a strategy for raw materials and fuel supplies selecting the site, facilitating and permitting performing market studies and negotiating off-take agreements for manufactured products developing turnkey design-build and fast-track approaches for project execution with attendant guarantees for cost, schedule completion and plant performance preparing a financial plan which includes capital and operating cost estimates, financial statements, twenty year projections of operating results, sensitivity analyses, debt service coverage ratios and rates of return

*EPC Services:*
CONTECH’s assignments in the engineering and construction phases include services for project management, construction management, owner representation, lender representation, and initial operations phase services including specifying and witnessing performance testing for commissioning.

*Procurement and Contracts:*
CONTECH has unique expertise and skills to provide procurement and contracts services including the preparation of firm but fair engineering and/or construction solicitations and contracts, the technical and physical statements of work, facility performance requirements, schedule completion and reporting requirements, manner and time of payments, provisional and final acceptance criteria, partnering approaches, claims avoidance techniques and alternative dispute resolution practices.

*Project Control Services:*
CONTECH has a proven approach for project control which includes cost control programs such as trending and forecasting cost, quantity tracking which permits measurement of the physical percent complete, analyzing productivity, job cost accounting and project financial status reporting, change order control, tracking and valuations, estimating, cost and value engineering, project planning including engineering planning and control programs measuring progress and performance, construction planning and scheduling at the milestone, intermediate and detailed level utilizing the CPM with attention to resource leveling, tracking progress, identifying the cause and effect of changed conditions, delays and acceleration.
