Experience
As Project Coordinator,
Mr. Baldwin's
responsibilities include developing and updating CPM schedules, tracking
and analyzing project productivity, and developing and implementing
corrective procedures mitigating impacts from changes and delays. His duties
also include developing, narrating, presenting and testifying on
construction claims and company projects.
As a Senior Associate, Mr. Baldwin
has been responsible for the preparation, coordination, analysis and submittal
of construction claims on a variety of projects. These analyses included
pro-active CPM scheduling development, retroactive CPM and as-built delay
evaluation and quantification, and the computation and qualification of
associated cost damages. Responsibilities also included following claims
through settlement and/or judicial procedures.
Mr. Baldwin served as an on-site
representative for a structural engineering firm, during which time his
responsibilities included the documentation of daily construction
activities and problems, client representation during contract and change
order negotiations, the tracking of estimated and actual construction
costs, and the updating and analysis of the project schedule in
preparation for defense of a claim.
Serving as an associate for this firm,
Mr. Baldwin's duties included CPM scheduling, and project delay analysis
and support through project documentation. Mr. Baldwin was also
responsible for drawing take-offs and drafting for
residential site development.
Mr. Baldwin gained extensive experience
coordinating a labor force in assisting the construction manager in the
construction of luxury town homes.
