Experience
Mr.
Papadopoulos’ experience of over 35 years is of comprehensive nature and
includes determining, establishing, and administering technical and
administrative policies and procedures, preparing special reports and
handling various engineering projects.
Specific areas
of concentration involved the management of programs and projects for
several hospital renovations and additions, pediatric clinics, laboratory
buildings, communication centers, historic structures, hotel facilities,
apartment buildings, office buildings, industrial facilities and sites for
both the private and the governmental sectors.
His areas of
expertise are HVAC, energy conservation, plumbing, fire protection and
refrigeration. He has performed numerous physical condition surveys,
evaluations and studies, designs, concepts, energy conservation designs and
historic preservation.
His experience
also includes extensive involvement with international projects in Europe,
Central America and Africa for the U.S. Government and for Baylor College of
Medicine (Baylor International Pediatric AIDS Initiative).
