Experience
Mr. deStanley has
over 15 years experience working for an
international claims and management consulting firm during which time he
has compiled and written technical reports to support the litigation of
construction delay claims, construction deficiency claims, and
construction damages claims of amounts up to $24 Million. Subjects in the
reports included aspects of architecture, engineering, construction,
scheduling, and management.
Mr. deStanley has extensive experience in the
evaluation, utilization, and preparation of schedules. Mr. de Stanley has
analyzed schedules of major construction companies, prepared and utilized
complex schedules for construction projects and logistics support for more
than ten years. Mr. deStanley's responsibilities included creating
schedules, analyzing and correcting schedules by other contractors,
updating schedules for delays, and additional related activities.
He has set up databases, supervised the data entry and
maintained the completed databases to support the research and analysis of
multimillion-dollar construction delay and damages claims. Maintained a
multi-user corporate client and marketing database.
Mr. deStanley has prepared exhibits, multimedia
presentations and graphic displays for arbitration, mediation and trial on
a variety of computer software systems including CAD and computerized
animation software.
Projects also included the design and development of
several corporate web sites; redesign development and editorial oversight
of corporate marketing brochures and informational literature; design,
development and production of multimedia marketing materials for
distribution on CD-ROM.
Managed company-wide computer systems
and networks, including
technical support, upgrades and the recommendation of hardware and
software purchase requirements for all aspects of the business.
Mr. deStanley worked for a major computer systems
company as a systems analyst preparing software that included databases
for various applications. Mr. deStanley provided operations support for a
mainframe computer during the life cycle development testing and
operations phases of software projects and prepared project schedules to
organize and track the software development effort.
Prior to this, Mr. deStanley worked for a major
international air cargo company as Logistics Supervisor for eight years.
Mr. deStanley's responsibilities included planning, implementation and
supervision of logistics activities, which included the identification of
major items for shipment, scheduling items for shipment, and tracking
these items.
