1990 – Present: CONTECH - President
Extensive Experience in evaluating all aspects
of complex delay, acceleration, disruption and construction contract claims.
Manages the operations and quality control of CONTECH, a specialized
construction consulting company.
1985 – 1990: High Point Schaer - President
Managed a major construction claims and
construction management company. Directed the preparation or evaluation of
over 100 construction claims as large as $750 million. Directed construction
management projects for clients through regional managers nationwide.
1982 – 1985: ENERGY, Inc. - Regional Manager
Managed the construction, start-up services
and overall related consulting services of high-tech corporations involved
in the utility industry. Consulted with utility companies on construction
management, scheduling, start-up and testing.
1979 – 1982: DJK Associates - President
Provided start-up engineering, estimating,
scheduling and construction management (including monitoring of vendors,
contractors and A/E deliverables) to utility companies. Prepared claims and
provided testimony on claims for contractors' clients.
1974 – 1979: Fischbach and Moore - Project Manager
Managed and estimated electrical construction
projects, including subway stations, utility power plants, industrial plant
renovations, hospitals, office buildings, energy management control systems,
high voltage transmission lines and electrified nuclear facilities rail
catenary systems.
1972 – 1974: Aerojet Nuclear Company - Shift Supervisor
Operations Supervisor - supervised start-up
testing of the Loss of Fluid Flow Test (LOFT) experimental nuclear reactor
for the Department of Energy. Prepared operating procedures, flushing
procedures and hydrostatic procedures.
1968 – 1972: U.S. Navy
Weapons Officer on a nuclear attack submarine.
Managed and maintained military weapons systems. Supervised testing and
operation of nuclear reactor plant, control systems and related fluid
systems.

emphasis on electrical generation and distribution.

Bachelor of
Science, Engineering Physics with emphasis on electrical and nuclear
